Who it is for
Adults who have danced as a child and stopped, and adults who never got the chance. The class is sociable, full of fun and taught without judgement.
No leotard required, no audience, and nobody is made to feel left behind.
What happens in a class
- Warm – up Gentle stretch & flexibility
- Short Cardio A short cardio sequence taught in the form of a routine
- Teach Routine Each week a new routine gets taught with different levels of ability.
- Cool Down A nice relaxing stretch to end the class.
