The secret to lifting your mood?…….. JUST DANCE

According to psychologist Dr Peter Lovatt moving to music not only releases tension from your body but also your mind, helping to make you smarter and stronger. Dancing changes the way we feel and think and boosts our self-esteem. When dancing, our emotional response to the music increases the release of feel good dopamine in different parts of the brain, in turn helping us to shake off those negative feelings.
