Who it is for
Children aged 4 and over who love being upside down. Acro builds strength and flexibility; cheer adds lifts, balances and teamwork.
Everything is taught in a safe progression on mats, and nobody is pushed past what their body is ready for.
What happens in a class
- A thorough warm-up Strength and flexibility work that makes the rest of the class safe.
- Skill progressions Rolls, cartwheels and walkovers, each broken into safe stages on mats.
- Group balances Partner and group work, building trust as much as technique.
- Putting it together Skills joined into short sequences and cheer routines.

Badges and awards as skills are signed off, and some of the most spectacular moments in the show.
